Why does it keep doing this?¿

Alright, I love the app. The whole concept. Its helped me a lot, but Ive been doing the daily rewards for a whole now(Coming up on that last reward soon) But for the last two weeks, Ive been trying to cash in on my 105 Premium followers, and every single time, its told me that it was under high demand - that it couldnt take my request right now. Getting kind of anxious and upset that my followers arent coming through :/
