Need to fix a glitch

I have 30 premium follower credits and I cant use them. They say they are unavailable all the time and Ive tried for weeks now to use them. I also used 400 coins to get 200 likes and only got about 150. I give them a one because it doesnt do what it says its going to do. Im open to changing my review if they improve these issues but just a heads up, Im sure there is a better app out there.
